We do not accept Molina or Priority Health Medicaid or participate with any HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) or DMO (Dental Maintenance Organization).
Patients with those plans must be seen by an HMO or DMO provider in that particular network.

In addition to accepting CareCredit, we offer several different payment options to assist you in paying for your dental services. Payment in full is expected at the time of service. The following are forms of payment accepted in our dental office:
For patients without dental insurance, we provide a Dental Discount Plan. This plan may be purchased on a yearly basis beginning every Aug. 1; coverage is for one year.
Membership fees and services are as follows:
$100: Individual
$150: Family which includes Husband, Wife, Children, up to and including age 21.
